Little Bears Day Care was established in 1994.
It began with two co-workers who shared more than just a classroom, they shared a vision. They believed children deserved a place where they felt safe, loved, and inspired to learn. With the same philosophy in child care and a dream of creating something special, they took a leap of faith and opened their own center.
What started as a small idea rooted in passion and dedication has grown into a comminuty that that has been nurturing children and supporting families for over 30 years. Through laughter, learning, milestones, and memories, Little Bears continues to be a place where children feel at home and families feel like a part of something truly special.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility. Our staff shares a passion for children and education. We plan and implement activites with the goal to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of each individual child.

Debbie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and she is an ECE Qualifiedā Early Childhood Educator with over 30 years of experience in childhood caregiving.

Lou Anne is a former Aquatic director/swim team coach at YMCA. Lou Anne is certified in the Child Development Associate (CDA) and has over 30 years of experience in childhood caregiving.

Each staff member is NJCCIS certified in Health and Safety Basic Training, Mandated āReporting in Early Childhood Education, and First Aid/Pediatric CPR Training.
